Submissions

By submitting a photograph, drawing, painting, or other artwork (“Submission”) to Oxford Trees of Life, you confirm that:

• The Submission is your own original work, or you have permission from the creator to submit it
• You grant Oxford Trees of Life and New Road Baptist Church a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and exhibit your Submission as part of the online gallery, interactive map, physical exhibition, and promotional materials related to the Project
• You retain copyright in your work — we will always credit you by the name you provide
• Your Submission does not infringe any third party’s rights, including copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights
• If your Submission includes recognisable individuals, you have obtained their consent (or parental consent for children under 18)

We reserve the right to decline, remove, or edit any Submission at our discretion, including content that is offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated to the Project.

Submissions by children

We welcome submissions from children of all ages. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must submit on your behalf and agree to these terms. By submitting on behalf of a child, the parent or guardian confirms they have authority to grant the licence described above.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (excluding user Submissions) — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to New Road Baptist Church and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
